Opportunities Abound in the Midst of Change

Several opportunities have recently come our way which we are happy to finally share with you.
With the help and support of our good friend Kenny Harlow, we are moving to Cedar Run Ranch and partnering to create some exciting new programs with Kenny Harlow’s Training with Trust — all which will help transition these once-wild horses into the human world.

We are also excited to announce that RMA Enterprises, Inc. of Dillwyn, VA has graciously and generously opened up their land for Legacy Mustang Preservation as we transition into this new community. Our Sanctuary herd has made themselves right at home in this beautiful 251 acre oasis located in Scottsville, Virginia. We are humbled by RMA’s kindness and generosity. Words cannot describe the healing powers of this amazing land created and designed by owner, Rickie Allen — acres and acres of grass, shade trees, and refreshing lakes. We are excited for the future of both LMP and RMA as we develop this new relationship.
Moving to Buckingham County will also give us an opportunity to partner with Virginia Keys, a new school that is opening for foster children who are aging out of the system. Taking us back to the heart and soul of why we created Legacy, a small Legacy herd will be helping to strengthen, heal and encourage these children.
We are overwhelmed by the outpouring of support we have already received and hope our new community will rally behind us in support of our mission of preserving the dignity of America’s once-wild horses.
We would love for you to join us and become a part of our Legacy family as we continue to grow. Please contact us through ilovemustangs.org

Help us preserve the dignity of America’s once-wild horses!

What wonderful news! The Lord has strengthened the purpose of the Legacy herd and family. RMA Enterprise will prove to be the equally yoked alliance of God’s perfect orchestration.

I have always loved horses, wild mustangs represent our History in the west. Smart and beautiful animals.
